Friday:      Registration 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM
Friday:      Class 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: Class 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Non-Lecture Hands-on Workshop Hours:
Sunday:    8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Noon)

REFRESHERS RECEIVE A $100 CREDIT for each new doctor referred call for details. 

Individual state licensure, re-licensure hours and certification requirements may vary. Please check with your state board for approval verification.

Cancellation and refunds: Tuition is not refundable if the program to which it applies is conducted as scheduled.

Cancellations must be made seven (7) working days prior to the seminar for a full refund, minus any credit card charges, for non-attendance. If cancelled within seven (7) working days prior to the seminar, a $50 administration fee plus any credit card charges will be deducted from payment. If a scheduled seminar is cancelled before starting, the unused portion of tuition will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel any seminar due to low registration.
